Recently renaming the family run business to Williams Construction and Roofing Co. to allow our clients to know that our company can now encompass your basic construction needs as well. Originally Williams Roofing, our business was started in 1982 by Bernard "Bernie" Williams in Waterville, he worked hard long hours gaining a reputation for doing a quality job at a fair price. Starting with just him and his brother he made the sales, installed the shingles, and was the last one left on the ground cleaning before making sure each customer was happy with the result. Having his son Jarrod help when school didn't conflict he was there by his dads side from 7 years old learning the trade. We offer multiple crews and services that include Shingling, Standing Seam Metal and Rubber Roofing along with your more basic construction services helping customers get a one stop shopping location for all home repair needs. Once Jarrod graduated from Husson College in 1997 they were able to expand into Bangor giving Williams Roofing an ability to cover all of central Maine. Jarrod leads the Bangor branch learning how to shingle by 16 and sales by 18 he followed in his dads foot steps of hands on leading and long hours. After 17 years of growing the business into a prominent and reputable company Bernie has since stepped aside, allowing Jarrod Williams to put all the knowledge he had learned to use. Bernie continues to be a wealth of knowledge for Jarrod to draw from. Our company offers a portable Standing Seam Metal machine allowing us to be a full service roofing contractor. The coverage area includes Portland to Deer Isle has helped Williams Construction and Roofing to be the go to roofing company for the whole state. Our company is equipped to service the whole state with timely service, quality products, and superior years of knowledge.
